Do you have a habit of daily weighing yourself? If your answer is yes, then I have some bad news for you. Research has shown that frequent weighing can affect your body image, mood and can also cause depression.

As your body chiefly comprises of water, its content level fluctuates daily and even hourly. It depends upon many factors including hydration level, activity level, food and dietary choices etc.

As fat takes up more space than muscle, exercising can decrease your waist but the number on your scale may remain constant or even increase.

Just remember it’s not your scale but it’s your knowledge and values that determine your self-worth #FeelHearty
